This website
The static product site does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics cookies or account registration. Vercel Web Analytics records aggregate page views without third-party cookies. Vercel identifies a short visitor session using a hash derived from the request, discards that session after 24 hours, and provides aggregated statistics rather than data tied to an individual or IP address. Analytics runs only on public product and guide pages; payment-download paths are excluded. Standard hosting security logs may temporarily record network and device information.
Payment
Manual Bitcoin invoice requests are handled by support email. The operator records the order reference, quoted GBP and BTC amounts, payment address and transaction ID for fulfilment, refunds, accounting and fraud prevention. Bitcoin addresses and transactions are public and permanently recorded on the Bitcoin blockchain. Never send wallet seed words or private keys. Stripe is retained only for legacy receipts and refunds and is not offered for new payments.
Support and refunds
If you contact support, the operator uses your email, message, order reference and transaction ID to issue an invoice, answer the request, restore delivery or process a refund. Do not send passwords, API keys, wallet seed words, private keys, card details or customer data.
Retention and rights
Support and transaction records are retained only as needed for delivery, refunds, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. For access, correction or deletion questions, email support@greensage.co.uk. Some transaction records may need to be retained by law.
Providers
Vercel hosts the static site and provides aggregate Web Analytics. ImprovMX routes support email. Electrum wallet infrastructure monitors Bitcoin payments, and Bitcoin transactions are processed by the public Bitcoin network. Provider processing locations and safeguards are governed by their current terms.
